Who Are We?

Oakhurst Healthcare Center focuses on providing you with skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care services in a compassionate, comfortable environment.

Oakhurst Healthcare Center recognizes the importance that an environment has on our road to healing and recovery. Surrounded by the healing views and a staff that treats all our guests and residents like family, we customize our care and therapy plans, down to the meals we provide to meet the individual needs of each of our guests.

We know that it is a holistic approach to healing your body that will bring you recovery. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve made sure to keep our residents, families and community informed regarding how we are doing during the Coronavirus or COVID-19 pandemic and about the steps we are taking to keep our residents and staff safe from the spread of the virus.
